ClearlyTalented Adds New Competencies and Expanded Help

At the beginning of this month we released a new version of ClearlyTalented. Our focus for this release was improving usability – making things more intuitive and providing better context sensitive help as a backup for when we don’t quite get it right.
Many small changes were made to the user interface. Highlights include:
- Expanded and context sensitive help for every page of the solution
- New signups start with a much improved list of competencies
- Improved presentation of the Likert and 5 Star question types
