ClearlyTalented XL “City Version”

We are always happy to receive feedback from our clients when they are utilizing our Employee Performance Management solution. One of our most valuable client verticals is in the area of Cities and Municipalities. Because of the their unique format and processes PerformanceObjects has been able to configure our ClearlyTalented XL solution to meet those very specific needs.
Over the next few weeks we will be testing and working with our existing City clients and coming out with a a version that we are tentatively calling our “City Version” performance management solution.
We look forward to making a more formal announcement and will keep you posted.
